Physical Therapy in Port Townsend for Lower Back

Stand with your arms at your sides. Slide the right arm down the right leg as your spine bends to the right.

Breathe throughout the exercise.

Hold and repeat as advised by your Physical Therapist at Sanctuary for the Physical Arts.

You should feel a stretch on the left side of your torso. 

Be sure not to swing the hips out to the left as your bend.
